One Pico is a much-admired signature restaurant of Shutters on the Beach rendering one of the most heavenly dining experiences in the city of Los Angeles. From Sundays to Tuesdays, the nights are lively with piano performances while one can enjoy drum and trumpet music by the Supa Lowery Bros. from Thursdays to Saturdays. All these performances take place in the living room lounge of the hotel and can be enjoyed as you help yourself to cocktails.
The Delicious Food At One Pico
The restaurant undoubtedly offers a remarkable experience, with its quick brunch or a dinner for two or even a ladies lunch. The hotel has a commendable menu that goes with the seasonal market. There is also a wine list that everyone is bound to admire.
From Monday to Sunday, one can have lunch at the restaurant from 11.30am to 2.30pm. Throughout the week dinner is available from 6pm to 10pm. On Sundays, visitors are treated to a brunch from 11am to 3pm.
On the weekdays, there are a lot of varieties on the lunch menus including starters such as tuna tartare, grilled octopus, roasted butternut squash soup, seared calamari, and more. There are also different kinds of sandwiches and pasta, as well as specialties like roasted vegetable ragout, pan seared salmon, shrimp and avocado, seared tuna nicoise, and so on. Guests can also help themselves to weekly specials.
The special Sunday brunch consists of a host of items from appetizers like roasted beets, smoked salmon and homemade granola parfait, to brunch specialties like eggs benedict, pork belly hash, steak and egg sandwich and frittata. Visitors can also have large plates of turkey burger, filets of angus beef, grilled salmon, and more. Apart from these, there are also other unique dishes for you to enjoy.

Some Great Facts About One Pico
One Pico Restaurant is one of the two restaurants of Shutters on the Beach, the other being Coast Beach Café and Bar. Out of these two, One Pico is the more formal one with a wonderful view of the Santa Monica Pier.
The restaurant opened in the year 1993 and was again renovated in 2008 by Michael S. Smith. Interestingly, this restaurant featured in Something’s Gotta Give, a 2003 film.
